Refund Guarantee

We will refund your paid deposit in full if you request cancellation at least 3 months (90 days) before your trip's scheduled start date.

Once we're inside the 3-month window, deposits become non-refundable — by this point we've already committed to your guides, ger camps, and permits on your behalf. If your plans change, contact us and we'll do our best to help you reschedule to a future departure instead.

Email us at expeditions@mongolianomad.com or message us on WhatsApp with your full name and booking details, and we'll take it from there.

Approved refunds are returned to your original Stripe payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If we need to cancel your trip for reasons on our side — such as safety, weather, or operational issues — you will receive a full deposit refund regardless of how close it is to your departure date.
