• Send booking confirmations and trip-related updates

We only share the details necessary to deliver your trip — for example, with the local drivers, ger camps, and guides assigned to your itinerary. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain booking information for as long as necessary to fulfil your trip and meet our accounting and legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
